Pursuant to a fundamental change review, the common shares of Orca Power Corp. ("OP") have re-qualified for listing. Orca Power has completed its previously announced business combination with AFG FLameguard Ltd ("AFG"). The shares will begin trading on Wednesday, April 11, 2012 under the new name and symbol.
