Pursuant to a fundamental change review, the common shares of Winston Resoureces Inc. have been approved for listing. Winston Resources in the resulting issuer of a reverse takeover transaction between Gorilla Resources Corp and CNRP Mining Inc.

It is anticipated that the shares of Winston Resources Inc. will begin trading on Monday, June 25, 2012.
