Further to bulletin 2024-0308, the Exchange has determined that following a Fundamental Change, Buscando Resources Corp. has requalified for listing.
In accordance with Policy 3, section 5.1, the .X extension will be removed from the symbol.
Listing and disclosure documents will be available at www.thecse.com on the trading date.
Buscando Resources Corp. is a junior mining company engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties. The company is currently focused on the Rupert Property which covers approximately 2,500 hectares on northern Vancouver Island, British Columbia.
