Rise Gold Corp. has announced a consolidation of its issued and outstanding shares on the basis of one (1) post-consolidation common share for every ten (10) pre-consolidation common shares.
As a result, the outstanding shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 22 million shares.
The reverse split will result in each outstanding ten pre-reverse split shares automatically combining into one new share without any action on the part of shareholders.
