PrimeWest lends on security of mortgages on real properties situated in the Provinces of Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Alberta and British Columbia. As an alternative mortgage lending company, the mortgages transacted by PrimeWest do not generally meet the underwriting criteria of conventional lenders. PrimeWest is based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan and is a reporting issuer in the Provinces of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Ontario.
