Lifestyle Delivery Systems Inc. Signed a Letter of Intent for Two Additional California Conditional Use Permits
novembre 7, 2016Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, November 07, 2016, Lifestyle Delivery Systems Inc. (CSE: LDS, OTCQB: LDSYF, XETR: LD6), (“LDS” or the “Company”) and it’s wholly owned subsidiary, Canna Delivery Systems Inc., (“CDS”) are pleased to announce the signing of a binding Letter of Intent for the exclusive right to operate a cannabis extraction facility and a cannabis cultivation/nursery under existing Conditional Use Permits “CUP’s” in Adelanto, California.
The addition of these permits will allow the Company to expand its supply chain abilities and control quality at the source. The additional CUP for extraction will increase the extraction and distillation capabilities well beyond the requirements of CannaStrips allowing for outside contract extractions and diversification of the Company’s product line. The cultivation CUP will allow for the establishment of a nursery for the development of isogenic strains of cannabis to produce from seed (not cloned) plants with CBD, THC and terpenes profiles for the advanced formulations. The nursery will be able to supply dozens of cultivation facilities with LDS’s advanced genetics for contract cultivation. In this way the Company can expect a significantly larger harvest while being able to control the quality and the quantity of the plant material for use with its CannaStrips technology. Brad Eckenweiler, CEO of LDS stated, “We believe that the advancement of our technology can be accelerated by the Company controlling those variables on the cultivation side, which in turn allows for greater control of the scientific requirements of manufacturing the best possible product. The isogeneic nursery accomplishes that goal.” These permitted buildings are in close proximity to the Company’s current permitted Joint Venture facility in Adelanto, California.
